Implementation Evosys follows the Most Modern and highly effective approach to ERP Implementation, which is Business Process Flows Methodology (BPFM). In order to make it more relevant to the client, Evosys has made some unique changes in the usage of BPFM and we call it Product Enabled Re-engineering (PER) Methodology. Accordingly, Evosys uses the Best Practices built in Oracle Applications and its experience in the Health Care Vertical as a benchmark to conduct a fit/gap analysis of the business processes of the client and re-engineer their processes in order to align them to the industry best practices as available in the product. This methodology ensures a smooth and best fit deployment of Oracle applications for the client ensuring an integrated enterprise wide solution with the lowest TCO and highest ROI. Support The support will be extended in terms of a Support Helpdesk, operational during the stipulated working hours of EAD. The support team will be:
The Support approach post go-live followed by Evosys is broadly divided in three phases which will be followed by a preliminary phase called command centre phase. The three phases will be as shown in the figure below:
Lead Phase: In this Phase of support, Evosys Consultants will take the lead in handling all the Queries and Issues from the End and Key Users and the client side Key User team will provide shadow support by just understanding the kind of issues which arise on a routine basis and the resolutions for the same. Share Phase: In this Phase of support, Evosys Consultants and Client Support Team will share the support job. Priority 1 issues (Mission Critical Issues) will still be handled by Evosys Team, but priority 2 issues will be jointly handled by Evosys Team and Client Support Team. This is a phase wherein the client support Team will gain in confidence and maturity to handle the support task. Shadow Phase: This Phase of support is exactly the reverse of the “Lead Phase”. In this phase Client Support Team will take the lead in handling all the Queries and Issues from the End and Key Users and the Evosys team will just provide shadow to them in getting the issues resolved. This is Hand-over phase of the support wherein the client support team is handed-over the support responsibility from the Evosys Team Stabilization Stabilization in general terms is the assistance that we provide to end users post implementation. Stabilization happens in two ways at Evosys. We do stabilization for hand holding i.e. in case of some temporary issues being raised because of lack of knowledge we show our complete patronage and solve all their queries and assist them in all teething troubles. Stabilization also happens for the product problem. In case if within implementation or post implementation there are some problems with the product it has not been configured in the manner suitable to organization or there is better process available. This will help Organization to get maximum return out of investment made in Oracle. Upgrade In this cutting age technology every day we see new changes coming in. Products are modified / changed for betterment. Any organization which has invested in Technology or ERP need to ensure that they keep them self with latest updated versions.
