Stabilization

Stabilization in general terms is the assistance that we provide to end users post implementation. Stabilization happens in two ways at Evosys. We do stabilization for hand holding i.e. in case of some temporary issues being raised because of lack of knowledge we show our complete patronage and solve all their queries and assist them in all teething troubles. Stabilization also happens for the product problem. In case if within implementation or post implementation there are some problems with the product it has not been configured in the manner suitable to organization or there is better process available. This will help Organization to get maximum return out of investment made in Oracle.
